We are seeking a Software Development Intern to join our Consumer Interactions team and enhance our notification platform. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in software development and support cross functional business objectives in improving customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, testing, and maintenance of our notification platform using C# and Azure Cloud

• Collaborate to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code, along with comprehensive tests to ensure reliability and performance.

• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

• Help troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the system.

• Support the deployment of software updates and maintaining system performance.

• The role involves daily (or regular) communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in C#.

• Knowledge of additional programming languages, including Java and Python, is an asset.

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and data structures.

• Experience designing and implementing database structures.

• Logical, analytical, and creative approach to problem-solving.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
