About the Role

Objetivo del Puesto:

  • Apoyar a las áreas de Recursos Humanos de las diferentes plantas del grupo.

 

Actividades Principales:

  • Apoyar al área de Reclutamiento y selección del personal, en el proceso de contratación en actividades tales como llamadas telefonicas para citar candidatos, recepción de documentos para expedientes, aplicación de pruebas de conocimientos y habilidades, etc.
  • Apoyar al área de Capacitación Institucional en actividades tales como captura y actualización de matrices de entrenamiento, preparación de las salas para cursos de capacitación, archivo de documentos para expedientes de capacitación, etc.
  • Participa activamente en todas las actividades y programas de la empresa (Calidad, Ideas de Mejora,    Entrenamiento, Recursos Humanos, Seguridad, Higiene y Medio Ambiente etc.) que apliquen de acuerdo a las actividades propias de la posición, etc

 

Requisitos del Puesto:

  • Ser estudiante activo, con seguro facultativo vigente
  • Disponibilidad de horario
  • Ingeniero Industrial, LAE, Psicología, LRH o a fin.
