About the Role

 

Are you looking for a new challenge within engineering? Do you want to be part of a winning Team providing one of the most successful engineering access control solutions to the market? Maybe this position as IT Support Specialist Intern in Kraków is for you!

 

What you will be doing 

We believe that you are a skilled IT enthusiast with practical hands-on experience with Windows, Macs and Linux environments. User support, hardware issues handling, network, virtualization and configuration management are natural part of your interests. You want to learn about software development tools and have motivation to keep them best aligned for users and process by continuous improvement. You proceed to those tasks with satisfaction, sharing our belief in the agile values, by being motivated, focused, taking initiatives, and eager to learn. We expect you to do great work, both as part of a team and independently.

We work in a global environment, so you need to be fluent in English, both written and spoken.

 

What we are looking for 

·         Good communication skills in direct contact and support for users

·         Communicative English

·         A working knowledge of IT operating systems, particularly Windows.

·         Understanding of DHCP, Email clients

·         Experience of installing IT hardware and software

·         Willingness to learn of: conferencing equipment configuration and management, AD account management, Apple Mac client systems
