About the Role

Are you ready to gain hands-on experience in a global technology company and learn the ins and outs of order handling and customer service?

As a Summer Trainee in Order Handling and Customer Service, you’ll be at the heart of our order-to-delivery process, ensuring smooth operations during the holiday season. Your tasks will range from tracking and managing customer orders, solving production challenges, and coordinating logistics and export documentation, to supporting warranty cases and spare parts deliveries. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in supply chain management, customer service, and project coordination within a global technology company.

What will you do?

We have several teams and positions available, so your tasks may vary depending on the team you join. Typical responsibilities may include:

  • Monitor and manage customer orders throughout production - Track orders from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accurate timelines and smooth flow through the production process.
  • Respond to customer service requests from sales companies - Handle inquiries related to order status, delivery schedules, and resolve issues promptly to maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
  • Solve production-related challenges with stakeholders - Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to address any bottlenecks or unexpected issues during manufacturing.
  • Collaborate on export documentation and project deliveries - Prepare and manage export documents, coordinate with freight forwarders, and support global project deliveries to meet deadlines.
  • Support warranty and spare parts processes - Assist in handling warranty cases and spare part orders, ensuring customers receive replacements quickly and efficiently.
  • Work with ERP systems and reporting tools - Use systems like SAP or LN to enter orders, update statuses, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.

These roles are available in Vantaa, Tampere, Lappeenranta, Kajaani and Lapua.

What do we expect from you?

We expect you to be a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student at a vocational school or university of applied sciences, specializing in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or finance. You have a proactive attitude and strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken, is essential. You should also have good IT skills – such as experience with MS Office, Power BI, and ERP systems – and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Why spend your summer with us?
