The Global Operations Group brings information systems, facilities, supply chain, logistics, and high-volume manufacturing together to drive the engine of our global business operations. We help Lam deliver industry leading solutions with speed and efficiency, while actively supporting the resilient and profitable growth of Lam's business.

What you’ll do

The internship will perform a variety of assigned tasks and projects that require data analyzing and reporting to support Supply Chain Commodity Manager through reports compilation, Power-BI data extraction and analysis, other internal system data analytics for supply chain business needs to improve process efficiency, monitoring and data updating but not limited to: 

  • Development of key metric dashboard and business process improvement projects.
  • Required to work with cross functional team to identify challenges and opportunities to improve current business processes and reports.
  • Assist to prepare materials and data for business case study & reporting.

Who we’re looking for

  • Currently pursuing a university degree in Business Administrative, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Engineering/Science related studies.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail and solution-oriented thinking with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power Point).
  • Energetic person who is keen to learn on Supply Chain Management and willing to develop on this field.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
