This HR Intern will be involved in different HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, training and development, HR operations and administration.</p><h4>Key Responsibilities</h4><ul><li><p>Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks</p></li><li><p>Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and documentation</p></li><li><p>Assist with employee relations and engagement initiatives</p></li><li><p>Help with the coordination of training and development programs</p></li><li><p>Contribute to HR projects and initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Provide administrative support to the HR team.<br></p></li></ul><h4>About You</h4><ul><li><p>Currently pursuing a Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field</p></li><li><p>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</p></li><li><p>Available for minimum of 3-6 months internship duration.</p></li></ul>
