About the Role
Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Process map and review HR Emerging Talent topics.
  • Support Talent Acquisitions in hiring initiatives, not limited to justscreening resumes, managing inquiries from candidates and managers,communications.
  • Serve as a liaison contact for virtual/physical events (i.e. Infineon-Campus event, professional job fairs and event execution).
  • Support implementation of employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to position Infineon as an employer of choice.
  • To support in the preparation, coordination, or consolidation of human resources related reports, projects, or initiatives.
  • Gather necessary documents for various situations such as onboarding/offboarding and ensure that all documentation is returned for timely processing.


Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Currently studying in Bachelor in Business / HR / Social Sciences or relevant field of studies
  • Proficient in MS Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Mastery in PowerPoint is highly advantageous
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative and enthusiastic with a friendly and positive outlook
