Job Title: Brand Intern
Department: Marketing / Brand Team
Reports to: Brand
Manager

Job Purpose:
The Brand Intern will provide day-to-day support to the Brand
Manager in executing brand communication activities, coordinating with agencies, and assisting in market research and campaign operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in brand management, marketing campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Management & Development (30%)

  • Handle execution of brand content across channels (Social Media, Traditional media, …) under the guidance of Brand Manager

  • Coordinate with creative agencies to ensure timely and high-quality content production

2. Campaign Support (30%)

  • Support the implementation of brand communication activities, including OOH, PR, CSR

  • Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance using relevant metrics and KPIs

3. Operational & Administrative Support (30%)

  • Handle paperwork, contracts, and assist in monthly spending updates (For both Brand & Digital branch)

  • Manage Marketing material documentation

  • Track and process all monthly payments to vendors and partners

4. Technical & Platform Management (10%)

  • Assist in monitoring page interactions, and coordinating with agencies to handle customer inquiries promptly (Gmail, Facebook, Zalo)

Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
  • Passion for marketing, brand management and creative content.
  • Experience in student clubs, marketing projects, or creative-related roles (content creation, events, social media, design, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with design tools (Adobe, Canva,…) is a plus.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn with a hands-on mindset
  • Able to commit to a minimum internship duration as required by the company
