Formation requise : Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Bachelier/Master avec une finalité en Management ou IT dans un établissement d’enseignement européen.
Langue : Vous parlez couramment le français et vous avez de bonnes notions en anglais.
Autres qualifications :
Bonne connaissance de la suite Office
Intérêt pour l’innovation et la digitalisation
Notions en SQL sont un plus.
Début souhaité : Dès que possible.
Durée du stage : Minimum 3 mois.
Requis : Le stage doit être obligatoire et effectué dans le cadre d’un cursus scolaire. La convention de stage doit être signée par trois parties : GSK, l’étudiant et l’université.
Rémunération : Conformément aux indications légales Belges, le stage ne sera pas rémunéré. Certains frais seront cependant remboursés.

Quelles seront vos responsabilités ?
Supporter le programme de digitalisation des labos du QC : Project Paperless. Support pour la planification des activités, gestion de projet, mise en place d’outils de reporting (à travers PowerBI), suivi KPIs.
Centralisation & automatisation de data provenant de différents systèmes comme : database oracle, Sharefile/ plateforme documentaire, Excel….
Entraînement de l’IA GSK pour développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités de support pour les techniciens de laboratoire
Faire de la gestion d’un sous-projet du programme de digitalisation des checklists dans les laboratoires.
Développer vos compétences SQL et en automatisation pour générer automatiquement de la documentation à destination de techniciens de laboratoire, du management et des équipes techniques.
Parallèlement à cela, vous aurez accès au catalogue de formations de GSK qui vous permettront de développer aussi bien des soft skills que des hard skills.
