We’re inviting you to the Treasury Operations team of Lundbeck GBS Krakow, which was certified as a Great Place to Work and Poland’s Best Employer. You will be responsible for supporting Treasury Operations in Procurement and Finance Operations Department. This role will help you to receive the necessary skills and experience to become a natural candidate for a permanent role in Treasury Operations team later on.  

  

Your future team 

As our Treasury Operations Intern, you will be part of team that consists of around 7 people. Our team is part of Procurement and Finance Operations department that is responsible for Payment Processing, Credit Card Management, Bank Access Administration and Bank Contact, supporting 50 entities around the world. 

 

What is the challenge? 

  • Processing automatic payment and reconciliation
  • Supporting communication with bank and delivering payment details
  • Supporting manual payments
  • Various ad hoc support duties to assist with all areas of our Treasury department 

 

What you bring to the team  

  • Currently studying 
  • Very good English (B2) 
  • Interest to gain experience in Finance  
  • Strong engagement and focus on achieving goals
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Availability: minimum 30 hours per week
