To be considered for an internship, applicants must be able to complete a minimum of 30 hours per week. Occasional night and weekend availability is necessary.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div><strong>Who you are:</strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>You’re a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.<br>You have a genuine interest in website design and the project management process.</li> <li>You’re an excellent communicator and have a knack for managing multiple tasks and timelines.</li> <li>You’re eager to learn and grow within the web design and digital industry.</li> <li>You’re a problem-solver with a can-do attitude.</li> <li>You enjoy working collaboratively but also have the ability to work independently when necessary.</li> <li>You’re passionate about supporting diverse teams and projects.</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>What you'll be doing: </strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Assist in creating and managing project plans, timelines, and deliverables for website design projects.</li> <li>Collaborate with designers, digital staff, and developers to ensure projects stay on track and meet client specifications.</li> <li>Track and report the status of ongoing projects and identify any potential roadblocks.</li> <li>Coordinate meetings and facilitate communication between project teams, stakeholders, and clients.</li> <li>Help maintain project documentation, including design feedback, project timelines, and resource management.</li> <li>Support quality assurance by reviewing design outputs and ensuring they align with client requirements.</li> <li>Assist with client communications, including gathering feedback and providing project updates.</li> <li>Take on ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support the project management team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>What we're looking for:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>A current student or recent graduate with an interest in project management, web design, and digital advertising.</li> <li>Familiarity with project management tools (such as Basecamp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com) is a plus.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of web design principles or experience with design software (like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch) is a bonus but not required.</li> <li>Basic knowledge of Wordpress or other website CMS.</li> <li>Familiarity or experience with Meta ads platform</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and also take initiative on independent tasks.</li> <li>A proactive and adaptable mindset—able to pivot when needed.</li> </ul> </div> <div>All employees in this position are expected to retain a valid driver’s license and a purchased or leased automobile for personal transportation to work events with a valid inspection sticker.
