You’ll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and customer success shipping solutions that real teams use every day.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Co-build with customers:</strong> Understand discovery calls, translate messy requirements into clear specs, prototype quickly, and iterate to adoption.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Own automations end-to-end:</strong> Design, build, and maintain low-code workflows using n8n and Clay (webhooks, schedulers, error handling).<br><br></li> <li><strong>Customize CRMs</strong>: Configure and extend HubSpot/Salesforce for clients (objects, properties/fields, automations, APIs).<br><br></li> <li><strong>Build AI agents</strong>: Help design and wire up agents using Baserow + n8n (data models, prompts, evaluation loops).<br><br></li> <li><strong>Be product-minded:</strong> Propose improvements, simplify flows, and turn one-off builds into repeatable templates.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>What’s great about this role</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Hands on with the latest AI stack</strong> (agents, prompts, LLM ops) and modern automation platforms.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Fast paced startup environment</strong> with real ownership from week one your work goes live.<br><br></li> <li><strong>Founder track experience is perfect</strong> if you plan to start up learn customer discovery, scoping, building, and shipping.<br><br></li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who can apply</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Undergraduate engineering students.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Nice to have (bonus points)</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic scripting (JavaScript or Python).<br><br></li> <li>Familiar with (or eager to learn) n8n, Clay, HubSpot/Salesforce, and Baserow.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Logistics &amp; perks</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Mentorship:</strong> Work directly with product/engineering leads; weekly feedback loops<br><br></li> <li><strong>Portfolio:</strong> Shippable projects you can demo (templates, agents, integrations)<br><br></li> <li><strong>Stipend:</strong> Competitive for internship stage (final amount based on profile) and opportunity for full time offer<br><br></li> <li>Remote friendly and flexible hours<br><br></li> </ul><div class="content-conclusion"><p><em>We want to make sure everyone has an equal chance to participate and make a difference.
