About the Role

 

Brisa Group is looking for a Human Resources Intern! 

 

We're looking for talented new graduates, passionate for Organizational HR practices - talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development.

If you have: 

 

  • Solid academic background in HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or similar, in universities of excellence (completion is mandatory); 

  • Some previous contact with Organizational HR Management practices (plus); 

  • Drive for helping people succeed in the Organization; 

  • Fluency in English; 

  • Initiative and proactivity; 

  • Drive and focus on results; 

  • Team player and collaborative skills. 

  

We will be challenging you with some of these assignments: 

 

  • Collaborate with team members to implement training and learning processes; 

  • Planning and Monitoring the training programs for Brisa employees and assist the negotiation process with external training companies;  

  • Participate and lead talent acquisition programs/projects (Brisa trainee program, university/talent engagement programs, specialized recruitment projects, assessment centers...); 

  • Team up with experienced HR Business Partners to deliver HR related projects; 

  • Provide support for activities related to corporate social responsibility (Work-life balance, Empresa Familiarmente Responsável Certification, volunteer programs…); 

  • Support full performance management cycle, using the best practices and technology (SucessFactors).
