Exciting Internship Opportunity – Real Estate Services| Remote, ideally located near Burlington/Raleigh, North Carolina (not essential)

We’re looking for motivated students to be part of a dynamic 11-week paid internship where you’ll work on impactful projects and gain real-world experience, all while supporting our mission to improve health and improve lives.

About the Program

As a Labcorp intern, you’ll be immersed in hands-on work that complements your academic background. In addition to your project work, you’ll gain valuable exposure to Labcorp’s global business, culture, and leadership through:

Internship Details

• Duration: 11 weeks, full-time

• Dates of Internship: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026

• Location: Remote, ideally located near Burlington/Raleigh, North Caroline however this is not essential

• Compensation: Paid internship; relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

• Eligibility: Preferred candidates are rising juniors and seniors (Dec 2026 through June 2028 graduation) who are currently enrolled in a relevant degree program; however, all current students pursuing related studies are encouraged to apply.

About the Team:

The Global Real Estate team focuses on strategy, planning, leasing and project delivery of tenant improvements.  Our real estate portfolio consisting of 20 million square feet of owned and leased facilities.  Collaboration with business leaders to ensure alignment with business requirements and solutions.  Real estate portfolio reporting and management enables analyst of industry data and metrics to our current and future state.

Internship Assignment Summary:

• Data collection supporting real estate strategy, leasing and governance teams.

• Data entry in real estate database, contracting database, and in financial tools.

• Assisting with real estate portfolio planning.

• Tracking real estate activities supporting reports and metrics

• Assisting with financial and real estate reporting and power point presentations.

Education/Qualifications/Skills:

• Worked towards a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Architecture, engineering or other relevant field

• Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues

• Communication and organisational skills of a high standard

• Experience collating and presenting data

This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Pay Range: $19-22 / hour

All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. 

Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Casual, PRN & Part Time employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours are eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO. For more detailed information, please click here.
