Description du poste

Pour renforcer son pôle dans la direction technique, la Direction des projets structurés du groupe ALTEN recrute un stagiaire PMO sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projet pour un stage dans le secteur de la défense.

Missions principales

  • Intervenir dans l’amélioration continu des outils du Centre de Service
  • Contribuer au suivi du portefeuille projets (activités, planning, risques, opportunités, KPI)
  • Participer à l'organisation du centre de services : aide à la structuration des activités (SIPOC, catalogue de services, processus ITIL, résolution de problème).
  • Contribuer à la préparation des comités de pilotage (supports, reporting, comptes rendus)
  • Participer à la standardisation et l’industrialisation des pratiques : rédaction de procédures, mise en place de Template & gestion documentaire.

Qualifications

Formation / Expérience 

  • Futur diplômé d’une école d’ingénieurs avec une spécialisation PMO ou domaine similaire.

  • Profil Stage de fin d'études
