In this role, you’ll help bring our internal communications to life, ensuring employees feel informed, connected, and engaged. You’ll play a key role in day-to-day communications, content creation, and intranet updates. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to meaningful cultural and strategic initiatives.</p> <h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Draft and publish internal messages across various channels (e.g., Microsoft Teams, email, intranet)</li> <li>Keep the intranet updated and engaging, ensuring content is relevant and easy to navigate</li> <li>Support communication planning for internal events, announcements, and company-wide initiatives</li> <li>Create clear, concise, and visually engaging content (e.g., templates, newsletters, graphics)</li> <li>Work cross-functionally to collect stories, updates, and insights to share with our teams</li> <li>Contribute ideas to strengthen employee communications and internal engagement</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Key Deliverable: European Internal Communications Toolkit</strong></h3> <p>By the end of your internship, you will help create a refreshed <strong>Internal Communications Toolkit</strong> tailored to our European organization, which may include:</p> <ul> <li>A simple internal communications audit</li> <li>Updated message templates for announcements, newsletters, and Microsoft Teams posts</li> <li>A tone of voice guide for internal communications in Europe</li> <li>A lightweight content calendar for recurring communications</li> <li>Recommendations to improve current internal communications channels and practices</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</li> <li>A strong sense of clarity, tone, and audience in written content</li> <li>Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities</li> <li>Creative thinker with basic design or visual storytelling skills (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud)</li> <li>Curious, collaborative, and eager to learn</li> <li>Studying Communications, Marketing, Journalism, HR, or a related field</li> <li><strong>Bonus:</strong> Experience with intranet platforms or content management systems (e.g., SharePoint)</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What You’ll Gain</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience across internal communications in a European context</li> <li>Exposure to cross-functional teams and strategic business topics</li> <li>Opportunities to own projects and contribute creative ideas</li> <li>A tangible final deliverable to showcase your impact</li> <li>A fun, fast-moving, and purpose-driven work environment</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <p class="p1"><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
