This internship <strong>offers</strong> a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail marketing strategies and experiential marketing initiatives within the automotive industry. You will be <strong>based in Amsterdam</strong> and ideally work from our <strong>office in Amsterdam</strong> and/or our <strong>Studio in Hilversum</strong>.</p> <h3><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Support the execution of retail marketing campaigns to drive <strong>foot traffic</strong> and sales at Lucid Motors retail locations.</li> <li>Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as our <strong>Mobile Studio</strong>, <strong>test drive events</strong>, <strong>product launches</strong>, and <strong>brand activations</strong>.</li> <li>Support the creation of <strong>Retail Marketing blueprints</strong> to be shared with <strong>agents and/or importers</strong> to support expansion objectives.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall brand objectives.</li> <li>Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities for retail marketing <strong>efforts</strong>.</li> <li>Assist with administrative tasks, including <strong>budget management</strong>, <strong>vendor coordination</strong>, and internal <strong>analytics/reporting</strong>.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Currently enrolled in a <strong>Bachelor’s or Master’s</strong> degree program in Marketing, Business, or a related field.</li> <li>Passion for the automotive industry and sustainability.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Hands-on mindset and willingness to make a <strong>difference</strong>.</li> <li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in the <strong>Microsoft Office</strong> suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Previous internship or coursework related to marketing is a plus.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Benefits</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience in a leading electric vehicle company.</li> <li>Mentorship from industry professionals.</li> <li>Networking opportunities with professionals in the automotive and marketing fields.</li> <li>Competitive internship compensation.</li> </ul> </div><div class="content-conclusion"><div> <p class="p1"><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
