Technology Services (TS) is responsible for delivering all enterprise infrastructure, applications and related end user technology services across all Brookfield business groups, comprised of approximately 6,500 users.

Job Description

Intern, Technology Services Group

We are looking to fill a Technology Services Intern position for 2026/2027 at our NYC office. The intern will be a well-rounded individual with strong problem-solving skills, have an aptitude to continuously learn emerging technologies and be passionate about technology and data solutions.

The intern will gain exposure to a broad set of enterprise applications and technology initiatives used across multiple finance and business groups. This is a non-engineering, non-coding–heavy role focused on learning systems, supporting projects, understanding governance, and helping manage platforms that enable fundraising, operations, marketing, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
 

  • Support day-to-day operations across a portfolio of enterprise applications used by multiple business groups, including finance, marketing, operations, and investor-facing teams.
  • Help manage and maintain application-related documentation, processes, and governance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and conduct testing on issues reported and develop solutions to ensure problems are corrected.
  • Track results, log errors and report any technical challenges to the team lead.
  • Capture requirements and procedures for documentation.
  • Work closely with team members to understand how different tools and systems are used across the business and how processes connect.
  • Exposure to corporate culture and work environment through rotations into technology related functions
  • Mentorship opportunities, coaching and career guidance
     

Requirements & Qualifications
 

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Management, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Working knowledge of IT processes, application integration and database concepts.
  • Attention to details and strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide recommendations that drive operational efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret business requirements
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills that can bring different stakeholders together on delivering solutions.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and share knowledge with others

  • The Internship will begin as soon as possible and will be part-time during the school year and full-time during summer 2026 (June – August). A minimum of 15 hours per week commitment would be expected for the part-time assignment.

Hourly Rate: $25.00/hr
