Aerospace Intern assists his supervisor through engagements with various stakeholders. He/She will work independently and as a team to meet the high demand of quality, safety, and output requirement.

Specific Role Responsibilities

To support site CORE/Lean and Continuous Improvement activities that include:

  • Time observations studies (SWCS)
  • Visual Factory Standardization and 5S
  • Shopfloor Management (Tier Meetings, Visual Boards, Andon, etc)
  • Site CORE assessments
  • CORE Kaizen events (Least Waste Way, QCPC, etc)
  • CORE communications & engagements
  • CORE deployment
  • CORE Training
  • Business Process Automation

Requirements

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, programming
