This is a hands-on&nbsp;production assistant role where you'll gain real-world experience across the entire video&nbsp;production process—from pre-production planning through final delivery. You'll work on diverse&nbsp;content including brand films, product demos, explainer videos, sizzle reels, and internal culture&nbsp;content.</p> <p>The Zinnia internship program is a comprehensive 10-week program where students will gain hands on real work-life skills while completing projects that contribute to the department’s goals and objectives.&nbsp; Our internship program is 10 weeks long and runs between end of May to mid-August 2026.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Production Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist with on-location shoots, including setup, breakdown, and equipment management</li> <li>Support the Content Producer with lighting setup, audio recording, and camera operation</li> <li>Help coordinate shoot schedules, location logistics, and talent coordination</li> <li>Manage and organize digital media assets, footage libraries, and project files</li> </ul> <p><strong>Post-Production</strong></p> <ul> <li>Edit video content under the guidance of the Multi Media Producer using Adobe&nbsp;Premiere or similar tools</li> <li>Create motion graphics and animations in After Effects to enhance visual storytelling</li> </ul> <p><strong>Creative Collaboration</strong></p> <ul> <li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas</li> <li>Support script development and storyboarding for video projects</li> <li>Collaborate with creative, marketing, and brand teams across the organization</li> <li>Stay current on video trends and emerging production techniques</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL NEED: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li> <li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL GAIN:&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Hands-on experience producing professional video content for a leading technology&nbsp;company</li> <li>Mentorship from an experienced Editorial Producer</li> <li>Exposure to diverse content formats and production challenges</li> <li>Portfolio-building opportunities across brand, product, and culture content</li> <li>Insight into how video production supports enterprise technology marketing</li> <li>Networking opportunities within creative and marketing teams</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>Zinnia offers excellent career progression and competitive compensation. The expected hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00, dependent on skills and location. The hourly range is a good faith estimate based on what a successful candidate might be paid in certain Company locations.
