Job Description

Responsibilities  

  • Assist in the configuration, enhancement, and rollout of Customer Experience Platform (CEP) features, ensuring business requirements are captured accurately and delivered on time 

  • Provide support for day-to-day system operations, including user access management, routine system checks, and issue tracking 

  • Prepare and maintain test scenarios and scripts, and support functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new CEP releases and enhancements 

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new workflows, integrations, or system improvements 

  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and processes within the Salesforce ecosystem using tools such as Salesforce Flows or other automation solutions 

  • Assist in the research, testing, and documentation of AI use cases, including preparing data, coordinating proof-of-concept activities, and compiling results for review 

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support knowledge transfer and ease of onboarding to CEP platform 

  • Provide basic user training and first-level troubleshooting, helping to resolve user queries and encourage smooth adoption of new features and automation tools 

  • Support data management activities, including periodic data cleansing, migration efforts, and ensuring data integrity across systems 

  • Participate in regular team meetings and project discussions, contributing ideas to enhance workflows and user experience 

  • Assist in monitoring system usage and adoption metrics to help track the effectiveness of new AI and automation solutions 

  • Provide ad hoc support on special projects or cross-functional initiatives as required by the team 

 

Requirements 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Information Systems, Business IT, Computer Science, or other related disciplines  

  • Interest in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and customer experience platform (Braze preferred) 

  • Enthusiastic about AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives 

  • Basic understanding of database concepts, data management principles, and business process mapping 

  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce Flows, Apex Triggers, or other low-code automation solutions is an advantage  

  • Knowledge of basic programming or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, HTML, or CSS) would be a plus  

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn  

  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
