Als Referendar:in bist du eine wichtige Unterstützung für die Kollegen in unserer Abteilung und gestaltest unseren Erfolg mit. Wir bieten dir eine verantwortungsvolle Position, die dich fordert, aber gleichzeitig Raum für neue Ideen lässt.  

 

  • Du unterstützt uns bei der Bearbeitung von Rechtsfragen, insbesondere aus den Bereichen allgemeines Vertrags- und Zivilrecht, Wettbewerbsrecht, Lebensmittelrecht, Kartellrecht, IT-Recht, Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz (Marken-, Design- und Urheberrecht). 
  • Du fertigst selbständig Gutachten zu praktischen Rechtsfragen an.
  • Du entwirfst und prüfst Anschreiben, Verträge, Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen etc. 
  • Du prüfst Werbekonzepte, Werbemittel und Produktverpackungen.
  • Du begleitest die Planung und Einführung neuer Produkte.
  • Du nimmst an Beratungsgesprächen und Vertragsverhandlungen teil.
     

So passen wir zusammen:

  • Du hast dein 1. Staatsexamen mit mindestens der Note „befriedigend“ abgeschlossen.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im allgemeinen Vertrags- und Zivilrecht.
  • Darüber hinaus befasst du dich gerne mit komplexen rechtlichen Fragestellungen sowie wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen.
  • Dich zeichnen deine Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative und Selbstständigkeit aus.
  • Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und legst eine große Sorgfalt an den Tag.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
