Become part of our team of more than 19.000 employees worldwide and shape your future at HUGO BOSS!</p><p> </p><p><p>The <strong>Spring 2026 - Visual Merchandising Intern, </strong>as a valued member of the <strong>HUGO BOSS</strong> retail team, will collaborate closely with the corporate visual team on dynamic seasonal brand campaign rollouts. This role will also involve supporting the field Visual Merchandising team as needed and executing essential daily operational tasks to ensure the department runs smoothly.</p>

<p>As a<strong> Fall 2025 Intern: </strong></p>
<ul style="list-style-type:disc">
<li>You must be able to work on location, 20-24 hours per week</li>
<li>Intern for the full Spring term - January 26, 2026 - May 8, 2026</li>
<li>The minimum & maximum rate of pay will be fixed at $17.00 per hour</li>
<li>You must be a rising Junior or Senior at a local college/ university pursuing a bachelor's degree</li>
<li>This position is not eligible for relocation</li>
</ul></p><p> </p><p><b>What you can expect:</b></p><p><p><b>Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:</b></p>
<ul>
<li><b><em>Administrative Support:</em></b> organize electronic files, create Visual Merchandising directives, and manage spreadsheets</li>
<li><b><em>Field Collaboration</em></b>: Assist the Field Visual Merchandising team with seasonal floorsets and window installations in local stores, including mannequin styling, steaming, and merchandising</li>
<li><b><em>Operational Communication</em></b>: Serve as a liaison with Field VM teams to assist the VM Operations Manager in addressing and fulfilling their operational needs effectively</li>
<li><b><em>Inventory Management</em></b>: Oversee the inventory of in-office visual merchandising props, including stocktaking, organization, and distribution as needed</li>
<li><b><em>Miscellaneous Tasks</em></b>: Support the team with various additional responsibilities to maintain a seamless workflow<br>

</ul></p><p> </p><p><b><b>Your profile:</b></b></p><p><ul>
<li>Prior internship or work experience in visual merchandising or a related field, or a demonstrated passion for the industry.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Outlook. </li>
<li>Demonstrated academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred</li>
<li>Studying visual merchandising is a plus</li>
