Wat ga je doen?Tijdens jouw stage bij MediaMarkt Almere sta je midden in de actie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat klanten met een glimlach (en het juiste product) de winkel verlaten. Dat doe je door:
  • Klanten te adviseren en inspireren bij de aankoop van elektronica en gadgets zoals telecom, computers en witgoed;
  • Te streven naar maximale klanttevredenheid – jij gaat altijd voor dat stapje extra;
  • Het bieden van een totaaloplossing: van product tot accessoires en services;
  • Actief bij te dragen aan het behalen van targets en teamresultaten.
 

 

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bent een teamspeler;
  • Je bezit ICT-kennis en kan deze op een enthousiaste manier overdragen aan de klant;
  • Je weet hoe je Google op de juiste manier gebruikt;
  • Je bent sociaal en commercieel ingesteld;
  • Jouw focus ligt op het behalen van optimale en maximale klanttevredenheid;
  • Je bent 3 tot 12 uur of 13 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar (waaronder bij voorkeur 1 avond en/of 1 dag in het weekend).
