Responsibilities

 

We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Intern (all genders) to help drive our growth and find the best candidates for our company. In this position you will assist our team of Talent Acquisition Partners by supporting the entire recruiting process and Employer Branding activities. This gives you the opportunity to not only get a deep dive into recruitment itself but to work on interesting and diverse projects in an international team. 

  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, internal and external events etc.)
  • Help schedule and organize interviews, communicate with candidates, and manage calendars for hiring managers
  • Serve as the point of contact for applicants, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Play a key role in the recruitment process for students in the EMEA region
  • Assist in Employer Branding projects by building relationships with universities, coordinating recruitment events, and managing presence at career fairs

 

Requirements

 

  • Currently enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related)
  • The internship has to be a mandatory part of your studies and last ideally 6 months
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn with a strong interest in recruitment and employer branding 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools is a strong plus 
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus

  • Our Working Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of €1,566 for a 20-hour/week contract, €1,253 for a 16-hour/week contract, and €1,400 for an internship position.
