Tech Strategy Intern (6 months, f/m/d)

<p><strong>Duration</strong>: This is a 6-month program with a possibility for an extension.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Workload</strong>: Flexible&nbsp;<br><br>Join Axpo EMEA’s Tech Strategy team to help shape and communicate our Group technology strategy. This hands-on internship blends tech, digital transformation, and storytelling -&nbsp;perfect for proactive learners eager to make an impact.</p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><ul><li>Support strategic documentation and sessions to drive adoption of Group IT initiatives</li><li>Help articulate, communicate, and implement Axpo’s technology strategy</li><li>Contribute to agile transformation efforts and track internal KPIs</li><li>Coordinate basic project management tasks: meetings, action tracking, follow-ups</li><li>Create clear, visual PowerPoint materials and documentation that tell compelling stories</li><li>Translate complex topics into simple, audience-friendly messages with a product mindset</li></ul><p><strong>What you bring &amp; who you are:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Must-have: Exceptional presentation and documentation skills (PowerPoint)</li><li>Must-have: Interest in technology, digital transformation, and agile ways of working</li><li>Must-have: Proactive, organized, and comfortable multitasking; strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Must-have: Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication</li><li>Nice-to-have: exposure to project coordination and an interest in handling multiple tasks</li><li>Nice-to-have: Experience in IT strategy or digital adoption; German language skill<br><br><strong>If you don’t check every box, we still encourage you to apply—your potential matters.</strong></li></ul><p><strong>About the team:</strong>You’ll join a supportive, cross-functional strategy group that values clarity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
