We’re building our Field Marketing & Sales team and are looking for outgoing, motivated people who want to sharpen their communication skills, gain sales experience, and make great money in fewer hours.

This is a community-focused, people-first role — you’ll be outdoors connecting with homeowners, building relationships, and setting appointments. No marketing or sales experience? No problem — we provide full training and coaching so you can succeed.

• Earn $30–$50/hour ($15/hr base + commission & bonuses)
• Work 12–24 hours per week (flexible scheduling)

Requirements

What You Need:

• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel within about an hour of Philadelphia.
• Positive, outgoing personality — you enjoy meeting new people
• Strong communication skills and comfort with basic tech
• Energy to stay active outdoors
• Ability to work part-time hours, flexible around your schedule (12–24 hour per week, with some evening/weekend availability)
