Job Description

This internship will dive deep into data-driven techniques, developing scalable vehicle simulation frameworks tailored for various platforms. You'll gain invaluable cross-functional knowledge in vehicle technologies and drive innovation in simulation and model development. Beyond technical expertise, we're looking for individuals who can clearly communicate complex concepts and thrive in a collaborative, global environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze simulation and test data to uncover key trends and performance indicators for vehicle model behavior
  • Develop and verify data-driven models, ensuring their accuracy and performance
  • Utilize developed models to investigate and predict the impact on powertrain performance and different technologies
  • Generate actionable insights through expert post-processing and visualization of results
  • Share knowledge effectively, articulating your work and ideas to customers, managers, and key decision-makers
  • Proactively provide timely feedback to the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related technical field 
  2. Extensive experience applying deep learning techniques to data analysis
  3. Experience working in large codebases
  4. Familiarity with state-of-the-art deep learning models and applications
  5. Clearly demonstrable work experience, project work, or coursework related to machine learning
  6. Minimum 3.0 GPA
  7. Minimum 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Understanding of vehicle dynamics modeling
  2. Proficiency working with large datasets, including visualization
  3. Senior class standing or graduate preferred
