Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.</li> <li>Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.</li> <li>Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.</li> </ul><div><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></div><ul> <li>To be eligible for an internship, you must be a full-time student currently enrolled in an undergraduate or post-graduate program throughout the duration of the internship.</li> <li>Coursework or expressed interest in areas such as Insurance, Financial Services, Real Estate, Marketing, etc. </li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as operate independently</li> <li>Effective customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to create, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external parties</li> <li>Prioritization, time management, and organizational skills to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail<br><br> </li> </ul> </div> <p>Flexible work from home options available.</p>
