Your Role
As part of the business and R&D team in Nijmegen, you will work directly with our sales professionals to identify, engage, and win new customers for our semiconductor solutions in automotive, industrial, and IoT markets. You will support the entire customer acquisition lifecycle, from prospect research and outbound campaigns to proposal development and relationship management. Your contributions will directly impact revenue generation and market expansion as we connect cutting-edge semiconductor technology with customer needs.

Key responsibilities in your new role
  • Business development: Identify and qualify new customer prospects through targeted research and outbound engagement
  • Reliable work: Help build prospect databases in internal CRM systems
  • Shape the future: Support customer presentations, proposals, and sales materials development
  • Experience research: Conduct market and competitive research to inform sales strategies
  • Customer engagement: Assist with customer meetings, events, and networking activities
  • Bridging the Gap: Develop communication materials that translate technical capabilities into business value


Your Profile
You are a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset. You are organized, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments.

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
  • Education: Currently in the final year of your bachelor's or pursuing a master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field
  • Interpersonal skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Technical skills: Strong organizational abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office & productivity tools
  • Interests: Genuine interest in technology and semiconductor applications
  • Working Style: Adaptable, resilient, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Dutch proficiency would be strong advantage
  • Experience: Previous internship experience in sales, customer service, or business development experience
