About the Role
Objetivo:
Garantizar la correcta gestión y continuidad de los procesos de Recursos Humanos durante el turno nocturno, asegurando el control de asistencia y puntualidad, la atención oportuna a incidencias del personal, el cumplimiento de políticas internas y normativas laborales

Actividades:
  • Realizar visitas guiadas por las instalaciones.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de conducta dentro de la planta.
  • Realizar las evaluaciones e investigaciones necesarias para los candidatos.
  • Preparar y actualizar los registros de empleo.
  • Responder a las solicitudes generales de los empleados.
  • Ayudar en el control y la entrega de uniformes.
  • Ayudar en las actividades generales y la creación de documentación para el departamento de Recursos Humanos.
  • Garantizar que los proveedores de servicios generales cumplan con las normas establecidas.
Requisitos:
  • Estudiantes en busca de prácticas profesionales (Último Semestre) o Licenciatura concluida en carreras afín 
  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en Recursos Humanos.
  • Experiencia en Servicios Generales.
  • Conocimientos sobre relaciones laborales.
  • Experiencia en el desarrollo de procedimientos.

Importante: El horario de esta posición es de Miércoles a Sábado de 20:00 a 8:00 Hrs.
