This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to gain hands-on exposure across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and office operations in a fast-paced tech environment.</p><div>As a HR Intern at StoreHub, you will work closely with the HR Manager and the wider People Team to ensure smooth execution of HR processes, a great candidate and employee experience, and a well-run office environment.</div><div><br></div><div>This internship offers real operational exposure rather than purely administrative work. You will play a meaningful role in supporting both people operations and office operations while learning how HR functions in a scaling SaaS company.</div><div><br></div><div><strong>How you will need to be:</strong></div><ul><li><div>Support recruitment operations by coordinating interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.</div></li><li><div>Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparation of tools, scheduling, and coordination with relevant HR stakeholders.</div></li><li><div>Work closely with the People Team to ensure new joiners are well set up and supported from day one.</div></li><li><div>Provide general HR and office operations support to ensure day-to-day processes run smoothly.</div></li><li><div>Assist in coordinating internal meetings, team sessions, and company-wide events.</div></li><li><div>Support basic vendor and logistics coordination related to office operations when needed.</div></li><li><div>Maintain accurate records and ensure HR and operational data are kept up to date.</div></li><li><div>Take ownership of assigned tasks with attention to detail, accountability, and a strong sense of responsibility.</div></li><li><div>Be proactive in identifying gaps, improving processes, and supporting the team where help is needed.</div></li></ul><div><strong>What you need to have:</strong></div><ul><li><div>Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in a related field.</div></li><li><div>A proactive, responsible attitude with a strong willingness to learn.</div></li><li><div>Good communication skills in English.</div></li><li><div>Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.</div></li><li><div>Comfortable using basic digital tools and systems.</div></li><li><div>Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.</div></li><li><div>Able to handle information with discretion and professionalism.</div></li></ul><div><strong>What makes working at StoreHub awesome (and refreshing!):</strong></div><div><br></div><div><strong>Our people -&nbsp;</strong>for real!
