Internship - Industrial Engineering

• Conducting Time Studies: Planning, conducting, and analyzing time studies to establish standard times for various tasks and processes within the industrial setting.
• Develops, designs, plans equipment and machine layouts, workflow,and safety precautions to maximize utilization of plant and manufacturing facilities.
• Process Optimization: Analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving continuous improvement initiatives through the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and other methodologies.

• Understand the manufacturing process of Frame Power Module product
• Understand and able to adapt with the real-life working style in German international company
• Able to use knowledge from university to apply in real-life working.
• Able to manage himself/herself with the agile work style.

• Studying 3rd or 4th year in Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering program or a related field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management)
• Able to use CAD, Matlab, Minitab is a plus
• Good communication in English
• Good interpersonal skills
