2026 Insurance, Summer Product Analyst (4 Months)

<p><b><u>Job Description</u></b></p><p><b>What is the opportunity? </b></p><p>We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative intern to support the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch. This role offers hands-on experience in product development, product management, and go-to-market execution within Canada’s dynamic insurance sector. The intern will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, efficiency, and innovation in our product suite.</p><p></p><p><b>What will you do?</b></p><ul><li>Compile and organize information about processes, existing product features, potential new products, and improvements to existing products.</li><li>Modify designs under supervision to maximize product efficiency and product quality.</li><li>Assist in the development of specifications for new products and revisions to existing products.</li><li>Support the writing of test plans that measure product quality, feasibility, cost control and appearance.</li><li>Be a key part of a project working team responsible for the delivery of key pieces of work that include creation and coordination of product collateral, web content updates, training and support material.</li><li>Support the creation of business cases for new products or initiatives, including financial projections, risk assessments, and ROI analysis.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What do you need to succeed?</b></p><p><u>Must-have</u></p><ul><li>Growth mindset (recognize and promote new methods and processes)</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Excellent conceptual thinking skills</li><li>Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills</li><li>Ability to navigate and prioritize in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Aptitude for organizing and prioritizing</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft applications</li></ul><p></p><p><u>Nice-to-have</u></p><ul><li>Bilingual (English and French)</li><li>Previous experience working with a Financial/Insurance Institution</li></ul><p></p><p><b><span>Please note</span></b>: </p><p>In order to be eligible for these student positions, you must either: </p><ul><li>Be returning back to school after the work term end-date; or </li><li>If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully</li></ul><p><br /><b><span>What’s in it for you?</span></b></p><p>We thrive on the challenge to be our best, progressive thinking to keep growing, and working together to deliver trusted advice to help our clients thrive and communities prosper.
