Insights from our past interns:

OZ is a firm whose design excellence, subject matter expertise, collaborative spirit, multi-area practice, and strong culture have set a new, high bar for me of what an architecture firm should be. Each project is wholly unique but similarly
excellent, created by teams who work hard to push projects to their best outcomes, and who—by my observation—
genuinely enjoy their work.

The highlights of my internship include learning new design software, learning about codes, materials, pricing, meeting with consultants, working with a team, and the overall process of turning a design into a real building. What exceeded my expectations was the mentorship I received throughout the summer.

OZ was an energizing and creatively fulfilling experience working with intelligent, creative, and driven people. I learned so much from each and every employee I interacted with. Everyone was very supportive and excited that I was there. I appreciated the way interns were treated like actual team members rather than just observers.
