About the Role

Providing support to all portable speaker projects.

What You Will Do

  • The right candidate will be the hands-on designer that can create professional designs and experiences with a positive impact on the brand and the world.
  • Innovate with technologies to deliver the best music experience.
  • Have the opportunity to be part of the design team shaping the future of the brand, puts your fingerprint on the industry.
  • Spot lifestyle tendencies and turn them into new concepts along with multidisciplinary design teams.
  • Work on projects, deliver presentations and maintain project manager contact.
  • Be responsible for your projects progress and report to our design leads.
  • The designer should work on the front end stages of the project and make sure the design is viable, manufacturable and valued by users.
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rational verbally and visually.

 

 

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Love for Design & Music.
  • Experience in designing products for the world of the consumer market.
  • Solid knowledge of the design process, from trend research and design strategy to concept development and manufacturing execution.
  • Excellent 2D and 3D skills: fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite and 3D such as Rhinoceros and KeyShot.
  • Experience defining Materials, Colors, and Finishes.
  • Ability to create photorealistic renderings.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to work seamlessly with leaders across functions.
  • Ability to multi-task many projects and products at once.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Industrial/Product design.
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling methods, and assembly methods.
  • Able to quickly generate visual and physical definitions of new products that convey key attributes of function and layout.
  • A proven structured approach to creative problem-solving.
