communication, event fulfillment, Customer analytics, enablement research, and dashboard reporting. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Support communication, training, and development opportunities for the Southwest Business Team and Customers. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Provide support for Southwest Business knowledge management systems and tools, assessing accuracy and effectiveness. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Partner with various internal departments to fulfill administrative tasks as needed. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Participate managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Knowledge of the principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or Must possess excellent organizational and time management skills. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must have strong communications skills. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to work independently and the willingness to function as part of a team. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Ability to multi-task and complete assignments with tight deadlines. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Good oral, written, or similar degree</b> required. </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Progress towards a 4-year undergraduate degree preferred </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>To be eligible, you must be currently enrolled as a full-time student (as defined by your </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>university) at the time of application and during the internship </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>1-2 semesters remaining at the time the internship ends is preferred </span></span></p></li><li><p><span><span>Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA at the time of
