Job Description

Get to Know the Team

The Singapore Operations team oversees, shapes and grows the business in Grab Singapore. The Partnerships team is responsible for planning and closing high impact deals and partnerships, spanning across all the services in Singapore (e.g. GrabFood, GrabCar, GrabMart).

Get to Know the Role

This partnership role sits within the Strategy & Partnership functional team. You will be fully onsite (One-North Grab HQ) and your internship will run from January to June 2026 (Full-Time).

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • You will create compelling business proposals, and support end-to-end deal management, including pitching, contracting and execution.
  • You will collaborate with other teams (business, marketing, product, operations) and external partners to deliver within tight project timelines.
  • You will plan and manage event sponsorships, to ensure the best execution and that our goals are met.
  • You will support the tracking and evaluation of ongoing partnerships and propose insights using data.
  • You will provide any ad-hoc support required by the team including invoicing and attending to customer enquiries.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Undergraduate in Business or other relevant courses
  • Structured and organised with a logical thought process
  • Distill complex concepts into simple, actionable messages for diverse stakeholders.
  • Hands-on with proactive issue resolution
  • Collaborative in nature, and enjoys working with all partners
  • Prior experience in project management
