What you’ll do:

• Be exposed to the overall execution of Klook’s business development efforts

• Product Onboarding: Support new travel product onboarding, including attractions, tours, and event tickets.

• Account Support: Respond to merchant inquiries and assist with issue resolution.

• Data Analysis: Analyze business data to generate insights and recommendations for growth.

• Quality Assessment: Conduct product quality checks to ensure consistency and performance.

• Process Improvement: Identify and support improvements across team processes and systems.

What you’ll need:

• Language: Native Korean, fluent English 

• Education: 4th year university students or graduates of universities.

• Collaboration: Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal and external parties.

• Analysis: Capable of basic data analysis using Excel or Google Sheets.

• Organization: Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and responsible in a dynamic environment.
