Internship - Project Management for Business Planning Improvement (f/m/div)

• Being strong together: Be part of the Project Management Office of a board-driven initiative to enhance business planning efficiency
• Data is everything: Support cross-functional improvements in Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance using KPI- and data-driven insights
• Experience project management: Coordinate project tasks, monitor milestones and deliverables, and follow up on action items
• Be creative: Contribute to the development of concepts, presentations, and workshops on integrated business planning, change management, and organizational development
• Keep up to date: Support internal communication formats such as newsletters and MS Teams channels
• Take responsibility: Handle administrative tasks including workshop organization, data analysis, and appointment coordination
• Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments and business partners to ensure smooth communication

• Study field: Currently studying Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field
• Interests: Passionate about organizational business planning and project management, with an innovative and problem-solving mindset
• Experience: Ideally some exposure to consulting, communications, change management, or project management in a multinational environment
• Skills: Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office (Tableau is a plus)
• Personality: Strong communication, conceptual, and analytical skills; eager to learn and grow in an international company
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
