YOUR FUTURE POSITION

Within the Out Of Home team, the OOH Marketing Assistant will report to the Channel Marketing Manager.

YOUR MISSIONS

Packaging Project Management

The OOH Marketing Assistant will contribute to:

• Lead the pack & design work-package of any OOH related topic from data collection to agency brief & pack development and execution ready for printing (regulatory & legal, nutrition & CSR, quality, pack RID, graphic chain...)
• Build the pack execution timeline & recommend best action plan/launch window to minimize scrapping costs & ensure customer window – aligned with Activity Management & Graphic Chain.
• Brief the agency & provide brand & OOH-compliant visual assets : brand ID, POSM, Pack Exec Docs & 3D Masters, Ecom hero images.
• Regularly update & share global OOH portfolio
• Check & approve all supports ready for 1st printing, being the gatekeeper of consistent brand & OOH execution throughout all touchpoints.

OOH Portfolio Development

The OOH Marketing Assistant will contribute to: 

• Support to the Channel Marketing Manager on data analytics & trend watch summary
• Adhoc trend watch on inno/reno projects to fuel brief
• Workshop preparation
• Lead simple renovations projects

Budget & Business Management

The OOH Maketing Assistant will contribute to: 

• Workshop and tasting preparation and contribution
• Purchase order creation, monitor packaging budget
• Animation of the OOH community to share best practices

YOUR PROFIL

• You are an undergraduate or graduate student with a first successful experience in marketing
• Rigorous, you have analytical skills (panel data) and an appetite for complex project management with multi-country, multi brand
• Packaging development & execution skills (agency brief, graphic chain collaboration, data collection & excellence of execution mindset)
• You are fluent in English & French (mandatory)
• You have project management skills (organized, process oriented) and are at ease with data & tool management
• Autonomous, you have a strong curiosity for Out of Home environment
• You have excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
• You have an internship agreement
