YOUR FUTURE POSITION

You will be working within Bel Group's Global Markets team, alongside the Director of Discount Customers and the Head of International Customers and Alliances. You will collaborate directly with the commercial management teams of Bel’s French and international subsidiaries, as well as with other teams. You will support negotiations and manage international clients, being involved in various cross-functional missions at the heart of the Group's commercial challenges.

YOUR MISSIONS

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Management of the Winone reporting tool
• Producing and consolidating routine business reports on volumes and turnover
• Preparing for negotiations, client meetings, and market reviews with subsidiaries

For International Alliances:

• Implementing and improving performance tracking scorecards (KPIs)
• Monitoring business with the commercial teams of subsidiaries and preparing monthly/quarterly meetings with clients
• Working with Finance to develop a Profit and Loss statement (P&L) for each international client

For the Discount Channel:

• Preparing sales reports for Discount clients (volumes, turnover, margin)
• Organizing business review meetings with Bel markets/subsidiaries (schedule management, data preparation, sending minutes, and following up on next steps)
• Contributing to the preparation of commercial negotiations (KPI tracking tools, preparation of presentations)
• Coordinating with countries for the execution of the annual roadmap

Throughout your missions, you will have the opportunity to interact closely with:

• Various departments within the company (Sales, Finance, IT, HR, etc.)
• Around fifteen Bel subsidiaries
• External clients and partners (consultants, service providers, etc.)

YOUR PROFILE

You are a gap-year or final-year student specializing in Business. Rigorous and proactive, you have an affinity for numbers and are not afraid of tracking KPIs—in fact, you strive to improve them. You are a good communicator, organized, able to manage a busy schedule and interact with colleagues from various functions and subsidiaries. Committed, you have a strong sensitivity to CSR issues and you share this with those around you.
