About The Role:

We are actively seeking a dynamic and creative Community Intern to help grow and engage the PicCollage community! In this role, you will create and share engaging content, such as posts, weekly collage tips, and creative challenges to inspire and connect our members. You will also facilitate and moderate discussions to maintain a vibrant and welcoming environment. A key part of your responsibilities will involve collecting and analyzing community data to gain insights on engagement, user feedback, and trends, helping to shape future strategies. Additionally, you will assist with coordinating and hosting virtual events, including challenges and interactive activities, that bring the community closer together.

This internship offers hands-on experience, skill development, and collaboration with a supportive team. If you’re passionate about community building, eager to learn, and excited to combine creativity with data-driven insights, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
  • Passion for PicCollage and a genuine interest in fostering a positive online community.
  • Strong written communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging and shareable content.
  • Enthusiastic about social interaction and community building.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual team environment.
  • Ensuring excellent user support by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.


Skills We’re Looking For:
  • Enthusiastic about social interaction and community building.
  • You are a people person who enjoys interacting with users.
  • You are a problem solver.
  • You have excellent proficiency in English.


Nice-To-Haves:
  • Experience in community building.
  • Experience in copywriting and social media management are a plus!


Notes:
  • Please note that we prefer interns who can work at least three days a week (during the academic year) for at least 6 months.
  • The desired start date would be 2026 June onwards. The actual onboarding date is flexible and will be discussed after the offer is given.
