What the internship will look like
As an intern in the People Organization team, you will work closely with the People Manager and be involved in supporting the following tasks and responsibilities:
- Creating Presentations:
- Preparing presentations for Town Halls, Managers Forums, Board meetings, and other events.
- Developing reports for the Monthly Business Review (MBR) covering topics such as attrition, headcount, overtime, People Organization updates, new hires, and exits.
- Working with Data:
- Creating various summaries in Excel, including working with pivot tables.
- Preparing reports and dashboards related to Performance Management Cycles and the Employee Lifecycle.
- Communication Support:
- Developing communications and agendas for various events.
- Translating policies and communications from the People Organization.
- Technical Support:
- Providing technical assistance during MS Teams meetings, including sharing presentations and enabling recordings.
- Other Administrative Tasks:
- Granting SharePoint access to managers.
- Assisting with exits, conducting exit interviews, and creating dashboards.
- Participating in other internal projects
- Updating the People Organization SharePoint site.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Availability to work at least 20 hours up to 40 hours per week.
- Current student status.
- Very good command of English, enabling fluent communication (B2 level).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Interest in HR topics.
