About the role:
As a Project Management Intern, you will support the team in coordinating and executing IT projects that help our clients transform how they work. You’ll gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration, project documentation, and delivery processes in a fast-paced, global environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in maintaining and organizing project documentation, trackers, and reports.
  • Support project meetings — from scheduling and preparing agendas to capturing key notes and following up on actions.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to collect task updates and ensure progress visibility.
  • Maintain shared folders and ensure version control for key project documents.
  • Standardize templates and project materials to improve consistency and reusability.
  • Prepare and format presentations, summaries, and other project-related documents.
  • Support administrative and coordination tasks such as calendar planning and logistics.

Who You Are:
  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science or related field.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with SharePoint or Google Drive is a plus.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
