Our expectations:

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Operations, we’re looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Transformation Project Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will develop and build SharePoint sites, digitize paper files, and improve filing and coumentation systems.

You will use your knowledge and skills in SharePoint and other Microsoft Office applications to streamline and simplify our exiting processes, supporting our operations team..

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Assist in designing, building, and updating SharePoint sites to support team workflows.

  • Upload, organize, and manage digital files within SharePoint libraries.

  • Digitize paper-based documents by scanning, labeling, and storing them electronically.

  • Review existing filing and documentation systems to identify areas for improvement.

  • Help migrate files from physical storage or shared drives to SharePoint.

  • Apply consistent naming conventions and folder structures to improve document accessibility.

  • Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to support documentation and reporting tasks.

  • Create and update tracking sheets for document digitization and project progress.

  • Collaborate with the operations team to understand current processes and documentation needs.

  • Test SharePoint features (permissions, version control, workflows) to ensure proper functionality.

  • Provide basic user support and guidance for staff using new digital systems.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Be eligible to work in Canada.

  • Be enrolled in a Canadian university throughout your internship.

  • Be able to work on-site in the province where you are hired if applicable.

  • In-progress education in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

  • Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

  • Good working knowledge of the English language.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence others, and lead through transformation.

  • Advanced proficiency SharePoint and other Database Systems

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Track record of personal development and professional achievement.

  • Recognized for reliability, initiative, and consistent performance.
