Job Description
Position: Intern
Department: Banking Department
Job purpose:
We are looking for an intern to join our Banking Department. As a part of a successful and growing international team, you will mainly support the Banking department on its duties. With a well-established global network and strong reputation, this job opportunity will allow you to develop a career within our fast-growing international Bank.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
- The intern will assist Banking department in the daily tasks.
- Support the system operation voucher review.
- Support the department in the preparation of the reporting to the head office and the translation of official documents.
- Support the relationship managers to elaborate some marketing activities with a target of mid-high-end personal customers.
- Assist in the updates and maintains of accurate personal and corporate files and summary of relevant business data.
- Assist in the preparation of Client file management.
- Assist in handling other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
Qualifications
Profile (Technical Skills):
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics or Business-Related Studies
- Fluency in English and Chinese are mandatory. French is considered as an advantage.
- Strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus.
- Excellent in Excel, Word and PPT etc.

- Team spirit and good communication skill.
- Focus on quality, drive for results and work effectively under pressure and with changes.
- Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated and with work ethic.
