IOWA80.COM has three divisions: an e-commerce trucking accessories website, a catalog, and a growing distribution center.

Responsibilities

  • Complete efficiency studies
  • Evaluate existing space utilization.
  • Develop recommendations for the physical reorganization of items.
  • Develop recommendations for effective product storage and inventory management.
  • Develop recommendations for improving processes and capacity.
  • Review and provide insight into business processes that will improve productivity.
  • Shadow and learn the roles and responsibilities of the warehouse.
  • Special projects will be assigned.
  • Create a presentation for Iowa 80’s leadership team.

Requirements

  • Actively enrolled with an accredited college, majoring in Retail Management or Supply Chain Management
  • Ability to work in a team environment located in a warehouse setting.
  • Willingness to stand on your feet for 8 hours.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Excellent skills with Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook
  • An individual who portrays a positive, self-driven attitude
  • Takes direction well.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug test, physical, and background check
  • Warehousing classes are a plus!
