Job Summary
The Marketing intern will assist the Senior Marketing Manager and department in strategic planning and execution of branding and advertising initiatives across various media channels to support business initiatives. They collaborate with leadership to assist in developing, deploying and optimizing media placements. They will assist in managing advertising timing and budgets for deliverables and regularly reporting and presenting on responsible activities.

Physical Demands
The individual in this position will spend several hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. He/she may also have to do some light lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
Travel

Qualifications, Education and Experience
· Currently pursuing and undergraduate degree in Marketing or a related field
· Competent skill level in Adobe Creative Suite
· Strong knowledge base of media planning.
· Automotive Aftermarket knowledge is preferred but not required
Requirements
Essential Functions
• Assist in developing, organizing, and tracking media plans throughout the calendar year.
• Support the collection and reporting of advertising performance metrics, including basic ROI and effectiveness measurements.
• Help evaluate media opportunities and assist with vendor communications and contract documentation.
• Coordinate ad placements with media partners under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain positive working relationships with media representatives and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to gather and organize required media assets and materials.
• Track media budgets, invoices, and spend activity; assist with preparation for budget discussions as needed.
• Support coordination of internal and external editorial placements.
• Assist with organizing and tracking product donations tied to editorial content.
• Compile and report on editorial content performance metrics.
• Serve as a point of contact for car clubs and marketing partners (e.g., museums, publications, events) regarding sponsorship inquiries, escalating as appropriate.
• Perform additional administrative and marketing support duties as assigned by management.
Key skills and competencies of the position include, but are not limited to:
· Excellent organizational skills required.
· Proficient in Analytics Reporting with coming platforms such as Google GA4.
· Strong understanding of audience targeting, ad efficiency and similar critical pillars of Marketing performance success.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
· Detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-directed, with ability to prioritize tasks.
· Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; Comfortably engaging with employees in a professional and helpful manner.
· Must be resourceful, able to adapt to new situations, and to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
· Desire to increase knowledge and learn new skills and technologies quickly and efficiently.
· Consistently seeking to improve efficiency and quality of technical operations.
· Experience collaborating with Creative Professional teams
