This role will be a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract starting on 6th July 2026 and will be paid the London living wage. This role is based full-time in our London office.

TV Distribution licenses SPE content to broadcasters across Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). It also licenses content to third parties to provide to consumers via DVD, Blu-Ray, Video On Demand (VOD) and Electronic Sell Through (EST). This activity is supported by commercial teams operating out of the SPE offices across EMEA.
TV Distribution Finance provides financial planning, analysis, partnering and insight to the TVD and Home Entertainment teams across EMEA. Working closely with the commercial teams, TVD finance supports key decision makers with information, analysis, advice, and tools available to make the best choices for SPE. Utilising these insights, our team ensures territories have ownership of a balanced forecast with all key planning assumptions understood by finance & non-finance stakeholders.
What you'll do:
Risk and Opportunities Trackers: Support day to day management of tracking Sales R&O to our latest financial plan.
Slate Overview: Become the subject matter expert in our team on SPE upcoming Theatrical/TV slate and how these drivers impact financials.
Forecast Reporting: Ownership of forecast reports across several territories.
Month-End Variance Analysis: Understanding key drivers of difference and how they could impact our forecast.
SAC Dashboard Project: Deliver enhanced reporting/dashboards through our new SAC visualisation software.
Working Capital Analysis: Support review of working capital profile across all territories and clients in EMEA.
What you'll gain:
Gain hands-on experience in TV distribution finance, including revenue analysis, forecasting, and deal performance evaluation.
Develop an understanding of content licensing models, windowing strategies, and global distribution economics.
Build proficiency in Excel-based financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools used across the business.
Receive exposure to financial systems and technologies such as SAP, EPM, and other enterprise analytics platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Sales Planning, Legal) to understand the end-to-end lifecycle of a distribution deal.
Gain insight into how key business decisions are made, including pricing, sales strategies, and portfolio planning.
Participate in quarterly forecast processes and learn how financial plans are consolidated and reviewed.
Learn how AI-driven tools and automation can streamline finance workflows and support decision-making.
Attend team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship conversations designed to build confidence and industry knowledge.
Improve communication and presentation skills by contributing to decks, reports, and internal financial summaries.
Build a professional network within the global entertainment and finance communities.
What you have:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights.
Highly numerate & computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Interest in AI-driven tools, automation, or data-enhanced workflows, and curiosity about how emerging technologies can support financial analysis and operational efficiency.
Highly organised with the ability to multitask, set priorities and meet deadlines whilst maintaining strong attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, enthusiastic and confident team player.
Interview Process
In-person Assessment centre in our London office on Thursday 12th February.
Second stage virtual interview with the hiring managers.
